On the 1st of December 1998, EGEDA was granted the CERTIFICATE OF "BUSINESS REGISTRY" and the right to use the trademark of "AENOR" with no. ER-1045/2/98 in accordance with the regulation UNE-EN-ISO 9002.

From that point on, EGEDA set a course for achieving the goal of greater efficiency in its management and aimed to achieve total client satisfaction (members and users).

Quality Management is key in each one of the tasks which EGEDA undertakes and all of the staff put it into practice in their daily activities.

The management of QUALITY is considered a basic element of business management at EGEDA, in an environment which is more and more competitive and in which the members and debtors are becoming increasingly demanding with regard to the services they require.

As recognition of the work carried out by EGEDA, "AENOR" (the "Spanish Association of Standardisation and Certification" – Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación) has rewarded the efforts made by EGEDA in the continuous improvement of its system of quality through the use of customised information technology applications which support the activities developed by the organisation and the frequency and the means of communication with members (newsletters, web site, etc.).
